Information you provide
When you contact us or order services, we may receive your name, professional or business name, email, phone number, mailing address, website, social media handles, order details and correspondence. Our client agreement also collects your typed signature, agreement acknowledgments, requested release date, media contact details and project notes. If you send questionnaires, photographs, files or links for a project, we receive the information contained in those materials. Please provide information about other people only when you have permission to do so.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, request details and access times to deliver and protect the website. When you submit a client agreement, the site records the submission time, IP address and browser information with that agreement.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, process and track orders, prepare and deliver services, record agreements, send service-related messages, prevent misuse and handle disputes or legal obligations. Information supplied for a press release or editorial feature may be used to prepare the publication you request.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment details entered in Stripe checkout are handled by Stripe; our website checkout code does not collect or store your full card number or security code. We receive information needed to identify your order and payment status, including your name, email and transaction identifiers. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Information needed to run the service is processed by our website hosting and database providers, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. When automated order emails are enabled, Resend processes recipient information and message content. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security issues or legal claims.
Press releases and public materials
Materials intended for a press release or editorial feature, including designated media contact information, may be shared with publication and distribution partners and made public. Published content may be indexed by search engines, copied or reshared by others. A request to remove information from our records does not guarantee removal from independent publishers, search results or third-party copies. Do not include private details in materials intended for publication.
External websites, affiliate links and cookies
Our shopping, book, music and payment-provider links lead to independent websites. Some are affiliate or referral links that may credit us for a visit, signup or purchase. Those providers may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. Images loaded from external providers also send a request from your browser to those providers.
The current site does not include an advertising pixel or a dedicated audience analytics script. Hosting, security and checkout providers may use cookies or similar tools for their services. You can manage cookies in your browser, although blocking them may affect functionality. The site does not currently change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. Review the privacy policies of external sites before providing information to them.
Retention and security
Order, agreement and project records may be retained for service delivery, business recordkeeping, dispute resolution and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose. Published features may remain in our archive. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure; please do not send payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information in project notes or email.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to provide optional information. Required information may be needed to complete a purchase or service. Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have provided, or to ask about our handling of it. Depending on where you live and applicable law, additional rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.
Children
Our purchase and client-intake services are intended for adults. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through these services. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
